Terms & Conditions

  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
  2. Listening to music in rooms or areas close to them is prohibited.
  3. No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms.
  4. No pets allowed.
  5. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  6. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
  7. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
  8. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  9. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.

Cancellation Policies

Please read our cancellation policy before booking:


  • A valid card is required to guarantee your booking. No deposit is charged.
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night.
  • No-shows will be charged the first night.
  • Date changes are free up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.
  • If you leave early, nights already paid are not refundable.
  • Full payment is made at check-in.
